Run and Ride for RMSEL Celebrating 20 Years of Making Education an AdventureTM Sunday, September 29, 2013 Smoky Hill Picnic area in Cherry Creek State Park Come join us for a morning of active community building at Cherry Creek Park: ride or run or just cheer on your friends.
You can choose to bike 2 or 5 miles for the younger riders.
For more experienced riders, try the 10 mile loop once, twice or three times (10-20-30 miles) High School Students who want come early and to ride only, can ride 40 miles and still get two events. You can also run/walk 1 mile or 5 k (3.1 mi.) and this can be but does not have to be in addition to your ride. The 5k also counts as 1 event towards JH's Fitness requirements.
Middle & High School Parents remember that your child can fulfill 2 out of 3(or 4 for HS) Required Races by attending the Run & Ride and completing (one 20 mile Bike Ride and the 5K Run) or (one 40mile Bike Ride.)
8:00 am to 8:30 am - Early Registration 8:30 am to 9:00 am - Start time for 30 mile ride 9:00 am to 9:30 am - Start time for 20 mile ride 9:30 – 10:00am -Start time for 10 mile ride 10:00 am to 10:30 am -Start time for 2 & 5 mile rides 11:00 am -Start time for 5K run/walk 11:30 am -Start time for 1 Mile run/walk 12:00 noon- Cocoa Dash across the Beach This allows us to buy more efficiently and increase the funds that can be directed to your child's education.
